Author Registration must be made no later than 30 September.

Full registration includes: Plenary Sessions, Poster Sessions, Workshop, Lunches/morning teas/afternoon teas on Days One and Two, Welcome Reception and one ticket to the Conference Banquet.

Note: The registration fee includes 10% Goods and Services Tax. Full registration fee (member or non-member) is required for an author to participate in APCC 2017. One author registration, will allow you to present a maximum of three accepted papers.

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 31 October 2017. There will be an administrative fee of AU$330 deducted from each refund. Author registrations are non-refundable.

Registration Instructions

To complete your registration, please click the "Register Now" button and follow the instructions below to complete registration.

Step One: Membership of registree.

Select the Attendee Type from the following options. Then click Create Booking.

Step Two: Personal information of registree

Provide the following information for the registration.



Note that we may not be able to satisfy your dietary requirements.

Then click Add to Cart.



Step Three: Registration Confirmation

Click View Cart (on the top right corner). Then click Process Payment.



Important: Please enter a correct email address (the tax invoice/receipt will be sent to this email address).



Then click Continue.

Step Four: Payment Process

Input your credit card details and Click Submit Payment. Note the Security Code is on the back of your credit card.



Step Five: Payment Receipt

You will receive an email shortly after your payment is processed successfully. Please note down the receipt number. Registered author will need the receipt number to submit the final version paper via EDAS. Note in the following example, the receipt number is “WP1077878”.

Important: PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER WITH ANYONE ELSE.
