Final Submission (BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2017)

Please complete REGISTRATION before proceeding further!

Please revise your paper carefully to address the reviewers' comments and suggestions and to ensure that your final paper fits the camera-ready format.

Prior approval from TPC co-chairs is needed for changes in the title and author list in the final manuscript. Failure to abide by this policy may result in dropping your paper from the program.

Papers must be written using the IEEE conference proceedings style format (A4, two column, and 10-point font), with maximum paper length of 6 pages. Detailed formatting requirements can be found here.

Submission Instructions

Follow these steps for final submission:

Step One: Submit your copyright transfer form on EDAS

Before uploading your final manuscript, use the ‘IEEE Copyright Submission' button on EDAS and follow the prompts that will enable you to complete the IEEE (electronic) Copyright form.

Step Two: Register for the conference before uploading:

At least one author must register for the conference by SEPTEMBER 30, 2017 noon (Australian Western Time) at FULL rate (i.e. not Student rate). For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.

After registration, you can find your unique “Receipt Number” on your Invoice. Please use this number as your registration code on the paper uploading page on EDAS. One registration code is valid for up to 3 papers.

Step Three: Check compliance via pdf eXpress:

It is mandatory for all authors to check compliance of the manuscript files by using the PDF eXpress® tool, with the conference Id : 40701X.

First-time users should do the following:

An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Shortly after uploading your manuscript, you will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.

If you check the file’s Document Properties in Acrobat, you will be able to see it is “Certified by IEEE PDFexpress”.

Step Four: Upload your camera-ready paper via EDAS (by September 30, 2017)

It is important to highlight again that what you need to submit is the approved camera-ready (final) PDF file that you have received through email from IEEE PDF eXpress.

A PDF file that does not contain PDF eXpress label will not be accepted by EDAS.
